4 WEEK MEDITATION COURSE - with Jonathan Murphy
A beautiful way to start the new year, with deep focused intentions on what you would like your new year ahead to be. Over the 4 weeks Jonathan will take you through some breathing practices and gentle movement to evoke a meditative state.
