Gentle / Beginner Level: Those who are new to yoga, mature aged, returning to yoga after a break or those simply wishing a slower moving class.
General Level: Those who already have some yoga or physical activity experience. A flowing (Vinyasa style) class.
General/ Intermediate Level: Those who have been practicing yoga. Also a flowing Vinyasa class with more advanced postures offered.
AcroYoga: A style of Yoga that combines Yoga postures with the playfulness and skill of Acrobatics and the nurturing and therapeutic benefits of the Healing Arts.
