The class moves at a slower pace and focusses on foundation poses and correct (safe) alignment. Suitable for people new to yoga, those seeking gentle class or those returning from injury”.

New to Yoga Course
The Beginners Course is the very first step towards understanding the theory and practice of yoga for newcomers.
Its not the only way to start yoga at our studio but our 5 week New to Yoga Course is a perfect way to build confidence and knowledge, these courses are also great for students wanting to refine their yoga practice. We will explore Proper Exercise (Asanas) – Yoga poses help develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation. Proper Breathing (Pranayama) – Deep, conscious breathing reduces stress and many diseases. Proper Relaxation – Helps keep the body from going into overload mode, easing worry and fatigue. And Positive Thinking (Vedanta) & Meditation (Dhyana) – These are the true keys to achieving peace of mind and eliminating negativity in our lives.
