New to Yoga
6 week Yoga Course – commencing 1st June
Our 6 week course will support students progressively through the foundations of a Yoga Practice. Whether you are new to yoga or wanting to take your practice deeper, you will be guided through postures, breathing practices, and philosophy that will make your yoga a more mindful, self aware practice. You will be given your very own yoga mat and mini movies as additional support in building a stronger commited practice.

Her instructions were clear and repeated, the pace was good, she moved around to ensure everyone could see her demonstrating more difficult things and was an inspiring role model with her gentle calm nature and physical strength and balance.
