6 wk Beginners Course
Our beginners course will support you progressively through the foundations of a Yoga Practice. You will be guided through postures, breathing practices, and philosophy that will make your yoga a more mindful, self aware practice. You will be given your very own yoga mat and mini movies as additional support in building a stronger commited practice.
