“Yoga Basics ~ a perfect follow-up to the New To Yoga course or maybe your regular Monday fix of beginner-friendly yoga.
The class moves at a slower pace and focusses on foundation poses and correct (safe) alignment. Suitable for people new to yoga, those seeking gentle class or those returning from injury”.
