Completely supported by blankets and other props, your body can sink into each long-held pose, resulting in a rest more rejuvenating than sleep. Restorative yoga is deeply calming for the nervous system and you may experience a sense of wellbeing and renewal on many levels.
Marian is a fully qualified, registered yoga teacher with over 5 years experience. A qualified Relax and Renew Trainer, taught by Judith Lasater, she has experienced first- hand the healing effects of restorative yoga and its ability to support people within their busy lives.
