Valentines Day – Partner Yoga
A special Valentines Day
Partner Yoga is a great practice that creates a wonderful bond between you and your partner.
A loved one, friend, family member anyone can be a great partner for this class.
Let go of the reins and lean on each other, go deeper into poses that we couldn’t do on our own with the gentle encouragement of your partner.
We will each take turns to dance between the roles of supporting and surrendering. Partner yoga is slowed down to give us time to become more sensitive to each other, feeling for breath and movement. Practicing patience with not only ourselves but towards our partner as we both learn to connect and communicate in new and different ways.
