A search for a holistic approach to good physical and mental health first led me to study yoga with Yogi Bharata, of the Sivananda tradition, in the mid-90’s. From the first lesson I was totally besotted by yoga and all it had to offer.

Since then yoga has been a part of my life, but it was the way in which yoga sustained and helped me to heal from a serious illness which led me to want to delve deeper into its teachings. Thus began my teacher training with Adam and Akash Bornstein, founders of Radiant Light Yoga.

Yoga is no longer part of my life; it has become a way of life. The more I learn of this ancient science the more integrated I become as a human being and the more I have to offer others.

I am eternally grateful for the teachings of yoga and feel privileged in being able to share these with others. My classes are an opportunity for students to find their own expression of yoga and build a sustainable practice.  My intention is to safely guide individuals through their own exploration of the transformative benefits of yoga and my aim is to provide a relaxed, supported and fun environment for every practitioner

to develop physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
