Stress is an inevitable part of life. Stress can become problematic when we miss opportunities to engage our natural response to stress by using relaxation and grounding techniques. This workshop will help you to learn techniques to release excess energy and to calm your mind, relax your body and feel inner peace.

Experience a combination of yoga and meditation techniques as well as proven lifestyle strategies to help increase your motivation, reduce stress and make positive life choices. Overcoming life’s challenges is not always easy!

Senior yoga instructor Tanya Zappala will guide participants through a range of breathing and meditation techniques as well as yoga poses to help promote awareness and mindfulness of body and mind. Each workshop will include individual and small group activities, as well as ample opportunity for questions and discussion.
