Complimentary yoga equipment is available to borrow (mats, blocks, strap and blankets). There is also a range of yoga mats for sale at the studio if you prefer to purchase your own.

SLOW DEEP STRETCH
YIN YOGA
YIN YOGA FLOW
REBALANCE AND REFRESH

Suitable for students new to yoga, mature aged, or after a slower paced class to get a deeper stretch. You don’t have to be a beginner to benefit from the slower movements.

HATHA YOGA
ALIGN AND FLOW 
FLOW TO RESTORE

Suitable for students new to yoga, mature aged, or after a medium paced class with strength building postures. Students would need to have some yoga experience and/or regularly partake in other physical activities. Students must be comfortable and confident to self adjust to suit their own practice.

YIN YANG BALANCE
ALIGN AND FLOW Level 2
VINYASA
ASHTANGA

Suitable for students with some yoga experience or regularly partake in other physical activities. More advanced postures offered. Need to be comfortable and confident to self adjust to suit their own practice.
