SUMMARY:Women's Circle
DESCRIPTION:Where Intention Becomes Action\nA Women’s Circle\nThere is a time just before change takes shape. A charged threshold where possibility becomes tangible\, and the next chapter waits for our consent. Now is the time to bring forth your creative energy and step into the flow you are actively creating. \n\nIntention becomes powerful when it is lived\, not imagined. \n\nThis Women’s Circle is held at that edge — for women who can feel the shift already happening\, even though what they are moving toward has not yet fully arrived. The signs are subtle but unmistakable: a growing sense of readiness\, a quiet urgency\, a deep knowing that something real is forming beneath the surface. \nThis circle explores how magic is made — not through wishful thinking\, but through conscious participation in what wants to emerge. We reflect on how focus\, commitment\, and presence actively shape reality\, and how our choices become the channels through which possibility is given form. \n \nTogether\, we consider how to stay the course as momentum builds — how to maintain direction\, energy\, and vitality so what is unfolding is supported by steady\, sustained engagement. We turn toward the act of calling things forward into being\, learning how to meet this moment with clarity\, courage\, and trust. How to stay steady\, hold vision without forcing outcome\, and continue moving in alignment as the path reveals itself. \nThis is a grounding and spacious Women’s Circle for women standing on the brink of meaningful change. A place to gather strength\, refine intention without pressure\, and recognise the subtle alchemy already underway. \n\nWhat you attend to now is shaping what comes next. \n\nStep forward.  Move forward with confidence\, momentum\, and a felt sense of the magic you are bringing to life. \nA Women’s Circle is a safe\, intentional\, facilitated space where women gather to slow down\, speak honestly\, and be heard.  It is held with care and confidentiality\, guided in a way that supports openness without pressure to fix\, perform\, or arrive with answers. Through shared presence\, mutual respect\, and attentive listening\, something powerful unfolds — a sense of support\, clarity\, and inner steadiness that often cannot be accessed alone. \nWhen women gather in this way\, energy shifts. What feels tender or uncertain becomes easier to hold\, and forward movement begins to feel more grounded and possible. A Women’s Circle offers a steady\, empowering container for reflection\, connection\, and conscious movement forward\, supporting women as they engage with change in a way that feels both supported and self-directed. \nDate: Saturday\, March 7th\nTime: 6 – 8 pm \nCosts: $55 \nRESERVE YOUR SPOT HERE\nAbout Your Facilitator \n \nLucia is a long-time yoga teacher and Women’s Circle facilitator with over a decade of experience holding intentional\, supportive spaces for reflection and growth. Her work is grounded in lived experience — as a partner and mother to two teenagers — alongside years of study\, teaching\, and personal practice. \nWith more than 20 years of experience living\, learning\, and working across different countries\, Lucia brings a broad yet grounded perspective to her facilitation. Her Women’s Circles are guided with warmth\, clarity\, and respect\, creating a safe\, empowering container where women feel supported to slow down\, listen deeply\, and consciously engage with the changes unfolding in their lives. \nLucia continues to draw on ongoing study and real-life insight\, offering circles that are spacious\, steady\, and thoughtfully facilitated — held with care\, intention\, and presence.

SUMMARY:Winter Digestive Flow
DESCRIPTION:Winter Digestive Flow\nYoga & Japanese Tea Ritual for Aiding Digestion\nThis immersive experience blends mindful yoga practices with the grounding warmth of Japanese tea culture to help stimulate circulation\, support gut movement\, release heaviness and restore balance within the body.  \nSaturday\, 13 June\n3:00pm – 4:30pm | $90\nRegister Here For Early Bird $75 before 10th June \nYou are invited to join this nourishing winter afternoon of movement\, mindful digestion and Japanese tea ritual hosted by Senior Teacher Tanya Zappala alongside the founders of Yukari\, Giovanni and Ayuri. \nAs winter arrives\, we naturally gravitate toward richer foods\, slower rhythms and more time indoors. This practice is specifically designed to gently awaken the digestive system through mindful movement\, breathwork and yoga focused on supporting the body’s natural digestive flow and internal warmth.  The experience begins with Genmaicha\, a traditional Japanese green tea blended with roasted rice. Warm\, grounding and gently energising\, Genmaicha helps softly awaken the body before movement while supporting mindful digestion\, circulation and calm focus. \n \nFrom there\, you’ll move through a carefully curated yoga practice designed to: \n• stimulate digestion and circulation\n• encourage healthy gut movement and energy flow\n• release stagnation and heaviness\n• create warmth and vitality throughout the body \nVariations of this practice will be offered to suit your body needs on the day. \nThe afternoon concludes with Hojicha and ginger — a deeply soothing roasted Japanese green tea chosen for its calming warmth\, low caffeine content and digestive comfort. Together\, the roasted tea and ginger help relax the body after movement while supporting circulation\, warmth and overall balance during the colder season. \nBefore leaving\, guests will also be invited to experience Yukari’s Japanese IN/OUT Mist-Lotion\, formulated in Japan with fermented rice extracts and deep sea mineral water from Muroto to leave the skin refreshed\, hydrated and calm. \nYukari was created by Giovanni and Ayuri through their shared passion for Japanese wellbeing rituals and a desire to reconnect with a calmer\, more balanced approach to modern life through tea\, mindfulness and self-care. \nThrough yoga\, tea and mindful ritual\, this ritual offers a deeply grounding seasonal experience designed to support digestion\, relaxation and overall wellbeing during winter. \nSaturday\, 13 June\n3:00pm – 4:30pm | $90\nBOOK HERE For Early Bird $75 before 10th June\nLimited spaces available.

DESCRIPTION:Yoga For Pelvic Floor Health – Women’s Health Series\nwith Senior Yoga Physiotherapist Tamara James\nDate: Sunday\, 23rd August | Time: 11 am – 2 pm\nCost: $110 | BOOK HERE  \nHow often does your yoga teacher address your pelvic health? \nIt’s probably quite rare\, as pelvic floor health is something we don’t often shyly don’t talk about socially\, let alone in a yoga class. Yet yoga can provide an important space to bring awareness to the pelvis and pelvic floor\, something both not just women but also men need to work with and maintain throughout their lives. \n\n“Like other areas of the body the pelvic floor and muscles in the pelvic area need work to be maintained\, and this means we need to talk about it.”\n\nManagement of our pelvic floor isn’t just about performing ‘Mulabandha’ (subtle lifting and drawing inward of the pelvic floor) constantly. In fact sometimes pelvic floor problems aren’t even about weakness; there are other causes of incontinence. The pelvic floor and vaginal muscles can be tight and this can contribute to increased sensitivity\, urgency and discomfort with sex. And tightness and weakness can co-exist.\nThis brief workshop will give participants a better understanding of their pelvic musculature.\nYou will learn physical techniques to:\n\nAddress both tightness and weakness of muscles\nLearn techniques and other practical tools to manage sensitivity and urgency.\nIntegrate in your asana practice with both relaxation techniques and gentle activation.\n\nAt the end of the session you will have the awareness to be more sensitive to the state of the pelvic floor and have the skills to improve toilet habits and health. \n\nDate: Sunday\, 23rd August | Time: 11 am – 2 pm\nCost: $110 | BOOK HERE \nTestimonial: Thank you for the Bone Density workshop.  I really enjoyed it.  I walked away with lots to work on and feel really inspired.  I very much appreciate Tam’s experience and the collaborative spirit of the workshop.  I would be interested in attending a workshop on pelvic floor health.  A practical session would be great too\, ie a yoga class using weights applying the principles relating to bone health.  I had never been to the Clayfield Yoga Studio and really enjoyed the space\, too.  Many thanks Ulrike

The heart softens\, the breath deepens\, and your scattered energy gathers into a single\, upward flow. \n \nSacred sound carries a vibration that goes beyond words. It tunes your consciousness\, much like a musician tuning an instrument\, bringing you into harmony with peace\, joy\, and divine presence. \nIn chanting\, you are not merely repeating sound — you are awakening feeling. And it is this feeling\, this sincere longing of the heart\, that draws you closer to a deeper reality within yourself. \nWith regular practice\, chanting dissolves tension\, lifts emotional heaviness\, and replaces it with a quiet inner strength. It becomes a bridge — from restlessness to stillness\, from separation to connection. \nChant not with the voice alone\, but with the whole being. Even more powerful is chanting with Friends. \nAnd in that sacred vibration\, you may begin to feel what has always been there — a calm\, joyful presence waiting patiently within you \n\n\n  \n
