The focus is on teaching fundamental yoga poses\, breathing techniques\, and mindfulness practices essential for building a safe and effective yoga routine. Additionally\, through a vinyasa (flow yoga)\, this series aims to inspire participants to appreciate meditative movement\, transition mindfully\, and find stillness in poses while cultivating an awareness of alignment. \nParticipants will learn personalised alignment and techniques for each pose to help prevent injury and maximize the benefits of the practice. Strength\, flexibility\, balance\, and overall body awareness—which can improve physical health and well-being—are just some of the advantages of incorporating yoga into daily life. \nAs yoga is well-known for its positive impact on mental health\, this beginner yoga series also introduces mindfulness practices\, such as meditation and breathing exercises\, to help reduce stress and anxiety.
