Her love for essential oils infuses every session\, creating a fragrant and calming atmosphere that helps you shed the day’s stresses. Her aim is simple: to provide students with a precious opportunity to savor some much-needed self-care. \nBronwyn earned her RYS200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2013 and previously shared her wisdom at Clayfield Yoga Studio. She temporarily paused her teaching journey when her twins arrived in early 2017. Teaching yoga fills her heart with joy and offers her a chance to give back to the yoga community. \nIn 2006\, Bronwyn discovered yoga as a way to find balance amid the demands of her corporate job. As her yoga journey unfolded\, she unearthed the benefits it brings not only to the body but also to the mind. \nWith a natural inclination to rush through life’s busyness\, Bronwyn uses mindfulness and yoga to regain her equilibrium. These practices usher peace and tranquility into her daily life. \nBalancing her role in human resources at the Royal Flying Doctor Service and being a mother to three active young boys\, Bronwyn finds solace in her love for food\, adventure\, and the great outdoors\, cherishing moments with friends and family. \nWe are thrilled to have Bronwyn’s beautiful energy back at Clayfield Yoga Studio\, where she continues to share her passion for yoga and the restorative power of essential oils.
