Chakra Slow Flow
– A Special Public Holiday Practice
This extended Slow Flow class offers time and spaciousness to explore the body and breath through the lens of the chakra system—not as a mystical overlay, but as a grounded framework for personal awareness.

Rather than aiming to “align” or “open” the chakras, we’ll move through a mindful sequence that encourages you to tune into your own energy patterns, sensations, and responses. Expect steady movement, intentional pauses, and time to listen to what arises as you connect breath, body, and awareness.
While rooted in the familiar rhythm and strength-building foundations of Slow Flow, this special class will gently expand our focus to consider how different areas of the body relate to energy, emotion, and inner balance. The intention is not to teach the chakras as doctrine, but to offer a felt experience of them—how they might show up in your posture, your breath, your mood, or your movement. Each pose becomes an invitation to inhabit yourself more fully.
This class is open to current students and anyone drawn to practice with deeper awareness. It’s for those curious about how yoga can speak not just to the physical form, but to the inner life that pulses beneath it.
