Our 6week challenge is a great opportunity to get out of the winter sluggish mode and get ready for Spring.

If you are getting back into an exercise routine, or if you are looking to challenge your existing regime, there are different classes you can attend throughout the challenge to suit depending if you need to build more strength, or if you need to relax and unwind.  We will help you find the right flow. 

The Yoga Challenge consists of:

  • Access to 2 specialty classes per week, Thursday evenings 6:45 pm and Saturday 11:30 am, come to both if you can make it.  We will teach you the how to’s of a Yoga practice.  We will help you to adjust the practice to suit if you are new or ready to take the next step.
  • Unlimited access to our 29 ongoing yoga classes during the course. These are at flexible times and are varied levels Click here to view full timetable and here to read what the classes are about
  • 3x 10-min clips to help you prepare your body for the stronger Yoga practices.
  • 2x Educational clips with alignment cues to prevent injury in the vulnerable parts of your body
