This retreat is 2 glorious days of acroyoga play in the extraordinary landscape of Stradbroke Island. In its 3rd year since it’s conception in 2014, the Stradbroke Island Immersion is a wonderful mix of island vibes, acro play, skill development and community building. Set in the stunning location of Point Lookout on Stradbroke Island, this immersion offers a chance to build not only skills and strength to develop your acroyoga practice whether you are a beginner or more practiced but to develop a strong connection to the beautiful acro community that continues to grow.
The weekend begins with an arrival on Friday evening (14 Oct) to settle into the accommodation and to share a meal with the weekend crew. Saturday and Sunday offer a weekend of acroyoga skill development, beach time and shared time around food, beautiful scenery and new and old friends.
Accommodation, ferry ride and food are not included in the price. However, if you are interested in accommodation, I organise shared living space in houses close to each other. There are also camping options available on the island.

If you stay in the houses, we look to bring food to share and eat together. This has always been a very enjoyable part of the trip, the amazing delights people bring and the sharing of conversation. We can also assist in car pooling to the island to help reduce costs.
You will also have opportunities to swim, surf, walk the gorge and gaze the stars at night in a penguin huddle (you have to ask those who’ve been before). If you haven’t been here you will be totally struck by its magic.
