Spaces will be limited: If unable to book online, text Tanya at 0410 601 773 to reserve. To ensure fairness for all, we kindly request that you notify us at least 2 days in advance if you’re unable to attend, allowing someone else to take your place

We have all the equipment that you will need, please ask on arrival to get set up and how to clean after use. Wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing.

Debbie Cooke

Debbie’s yoga classes are designed to be inclusive for everyone, welcoming both beginners and experienced yogis of any age or ability.

Her sessions provide options and props, with guidance on how to use them effectively.

The class begins with a grounding, breath-focused meditation, transitioning into gentle stretches and an invigorating Vinyasa flow. Throughout the session, participants engage in a sequence of poses aimed at enhancing strength and stability. All postures move through a journey of getting circulation moving then leading to a gradual return to the mat. Here, participants absorb the benefits of the practice and unwind during the final restful posture, savasana.

Having practiced yoga for many years and recently completing 350 hours of teacher training, Debbie brings a wealth of experience. Her focus on stress-management and healthy ageing reflects a deep commitment to using yoga as a tool for building and maintaining a healthy body and mind at every stage of life. Debbie firmly believes that it’s never too late to start the journey towards well-being through yoga. Join her classes and embark on a path to a healthier, more balanced life
