Your Teacher Tamara James is a physiotherapist since 1994, specialising in pain management. She has extensive experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, working with various health conditions. Tam is also a seasoned yoga practitioner and teacher since 1998, holding qualifications from BWY (UK) and Yoga Australia (YA). She’s trained with experts in the UK, India, and Australia, including a unique 3-year program with Dr. NC, a medical doctor and yoga therapist. Tam’s expertise extends to yoga, meditation, and holistic health practices.
