For anyone yearning to delve into the subtle wisdom teachings of yoga, join senior yoga teacher and author Amy Landry for a special event celebrating her new book, The Ocean of Yoga.

This gathering offers a warm and intimate evening of practice, rumination, and conversation including a seated practice of pranayama and meditation, a reading and contemplations from the book, a guided interview exploring themes and teachings behind the work, and space for Q&A.

You’ll enjoy nourishing tea, light scrumptious bites, and community time, followed by an opportunity to have your book signed, should you own or purchase one. A limited number of signed copies will be available for purchase at the event.

A beacon for those craving a connection to tradition and timeless wisdom, Amy Landry is a registered senior yoga teacher, ayurvedic practitioner, mentor, mother-of-two, odissi dancer, podcast host, author, facilitator of the Study Yoga summit, and founder of the online Shruti School of Yoga.

Amy aims to amalgamate several Indian disciplines into daily life with the hope of inspiring her community to have a tangible relationship with living yoga—rather than seeing it as an isolated practice.
