If you’re new to yoga—or have been quietly curious—this is your invitation
Too often, yoga is promoted through the lens of a physical practice (asana)… but that’s just a small sliver of a much richer, deeper practice. Beyond the poses lies a whole ocean of wisdom—breath, meditation, philosophy, and connection. Within this full scope of yoga is where the true magic unfolds.
Our bodies shine when our minds and spirit are equally nurtured and cared for. This is the heart of yoga.
Join us for a special, intimate evening with senior teacher Amy Landry, celebrating her new book The Ocean of Yoga—a title that beautifully reflects the depth and vastness of this practice.
Thursday, April 16th, 7PM
THIS IS A FREE EVENT -For Preparation and Catering Please Reserve Your Spot here.
This gathering offers a gentle and welcoming way to experience the less-seen sides of yoga. You’ll be guided through a seated practice of pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation, and hear inspiring reflections and teachings from Amy’s book.
If you’ve never practiced before—or have been thinking about it—this is a beautiful place to begin. This free evening is both experiential and educational, with meaningful conversation, connection, tea, and delicious bites to share.
Spaces are limited to keep the evening intimate.
There will be time at the end of this event for Q&A and book signing. If you have your own copy bring this with you, only a few signed copies will be available to purchase on the night.
