A 4 week beginner’s course – Meditation for Inner Stillness and Joy

Have you felt the call to meditate? Are you intrigued by the practice? Or are you feeling the need for stillness; for a way to calm the turbulence of the mind, and connect with your Self?

Meditation is a beautiful practice that will evolve and change as you move through life. There are a variety of techniques to discover, as each has its benefits that support different aspects of our lives.

Jay Shetty explains, “practice Breathwork for the physical benefits of finding stillness and balance to calm yourself. Practise Visualization practices for the psychological benefits of healing the past and preparing for the future. Practice Sound/Mantra/chanting for the psychic benefits of connecting with your deeper self and the universe for purification.”

By beginning meditation within a group environment, we feel safe and supported on our inward journey, and can connect with others who share our intentions, becoming inspired and motivated to practice.

The benefits from a mediation practice:

  • Increases your ability to remain calm in stressful situations
