Sun Salutations: A Moving Meditation

Sun Salutations consist of a series of yoga poses performed in a fluid sequence, commonly employed as a warm-up or full-body energising routine. The repetition of this sequence fosters a meditative and transformative practice as you move steadily with your breath.

Embrace the Tortoise, not the Hare. There’s no need to rush through your sun salutations.  Participants are encouraged to rest whenever necessary. This community event encourages mutual support as we navigate our individual paths with each repetition.

Your hosts Tanya and Lucia, will guide the practice at a suggested pace that you can either move with or connect to your own rhythm. Rest and rejoining the flow as needed. Whether you are moving or taking a break in silence, the session cultivates collective mindfulness beyond the physical, creating a powerful community bond.
