Yoga poses help develop a strong, healthy body by enhancing flexibility and improving circulation. Each week you will be taken on a journey and guidance to prepare your body for the practice. There is no rush to get somewhere in yoga, its a life long journey. With the right support and tips the journey becomes welcomed and enjoyable. Learn foundational and safe alignment cues as well as variations and progressions from simple to more challenging postures. Once we know yoga it becomes less scary and we realise that we don’t have to be flexible to practice but rather it is what happens to you when you practice.
Proper Breathing (Pranayama)
Deep, conscious breathing reduces stress and many diseases. Proper breathing helps you the full benefits from the yoga postures.
Helps keep the body from going into overload mode, easing worry and fatigue.
Positive Thinking (Vedanta) & Meditation (Dhyana)
These are the true keys in building self esteem, achieving peace of mind and eliminating negativity in our lives.
