Often, the New Year arrives with pressure—to be motivated, fired up, and ready with fresh resolutions. But what if you don’t know yet? Or maybe you’ve never really known… there is so much expectation to be something?
This New Year’s Day workshop offers a different path.
Instead of striving forward, lets embrace the journey of the caterpillar. The caterpillar doesn’t think about becoming a butterfly. It simply surrenders into its cocoon, trusting its own timing and allowing transformation to unfold naturally.
Together, we’ll find our own cocoons through a deeply nourishing practice of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. This experience invites you to reconnect with the New Year not through force or intention-setting, but through presence and listening within.
We’ll explore gratitude—not as an obligation, but as a doorway to clarity, authenticity, and ease.
Through settling into Yin Yoga postures, tuning into breath practices, reflective prompts, and ending with Yoga Nidra, you’ll soften the nervous system, release the weight of the past year, and attune to the quiet wisdom within.
Rather than setting rigid resolutions, this practice supports you in sensing what feels true, alive, and aligned for the year ahead—rooted in gratitude for who you are and where you are now.

- Roll releases to help you settle into more easily into Yin Yoga.
- Deep releases for your nervous system, reducing mental and physical stress tension.
- Simple, embodied breathing practices to access inner guidance.
- A long Yoga Nidra for integration, rest, and renewal.
Leave feeling rested, clear, and quietly confident—guided not by pressure to be, but by presence, awareness, and the quiet peace of feeling grateful and content.
