Join our beginner-friendly prenatal yoga classes. These classes are perfect for first-time mums or anyone new to yoga.

Relax and strengthen your body with safe, guided pregnancy exercises led by an experienced yoga teacher. Each session is designed to support your wellbeing and your baby’s development, with options to modify poses according to your energy level and pregnancy needs.

Meet other mums in a friendly, supportive environment while improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

Your certified pregnancy yoga teacher, Jenny will guide you safely through dynamic and relaxing pregnancy exercises and give you options to vary the poses according to your energy level and specific pregnancy conditions.

Jenny Mitchell
Pregnancy Yoga Teacher

Jenny is a mother of two, a registered nurse and a midwife. She has been practising yoga for over 20 years and completed her yoga certification with My Health Yoga in 2024. She completed her Yogababy Pregnancy, Active Birth & Baby Yoga Postgraduate teacher training with Suzanne Swan. Jenny has practised midwifery for over 10 years and worked in both public and private care models, including homebirth. She aims to help women find their voice and trust their bodies along their motherhood journey.

“The classes over the six weeks provided me with a really good toolkit to embrace and maintain mobility strength and movement throughout my pregnancy. Having the opportunity to practice alongside other expecting mothers gave me confidence in my body’s ability to remain strong and agile through even the later stages of my pregnancy, and the mindfulness throughout helped with creating that special connection to baby.
I found the social aspect of the classes equally beneficial, having coffee with the other mums afterwards, being able to talk through pregnancy things with other people in the same situation and making those connections for motherhood.”
