Do you want to let go of stress and tension in your body?
Winter is an opportunity to slow down and turn our attention inwards. This is the time to nourish our body, mind and heart and allow our entire being to relax. If we do this we align with the cycles of nature and prepare for the more solar seasons of spring and summer.
With mindfulness meditation and slow stretching to release tension and stress from the body, focusing on opening our hips & the back line of the body. On an energetic level we will focus on the Water element and getting to know our Kidney energy.

Teacher: Fiona Overell is a Level 2 Yoga Teacher (RYT500) and Massage Therapist. Has 900 hrs of Yoga and Yin Yoga studies with international teachers Sarah Powers and Joe Barnett. Fiona is also a Conscious Living Explorer.
