Each 2-hour immersion includes:

30 Minutes Qi Gong-Inspired Movement
Begin with gentle, flowing movements to awaken your energy channels, paired with powerful affirmations to prepare body and mind

60 Minutes Mantra & Mudra Practice
Deep dive into traditional mantras and their corresponding mudras, learning proper technique, pronunciation, and energetic & physical application

30 Minutes Sound Meditation
Consolidate your practice with an immersive sound journey, allowing the vibrations to integrate deeply into your being
